How long have you been on DeviantArt?

7 years! I used to visit the website to look at drawings a few years before that though.

What does your username mean?

My favourite username at the time had been taken by another artist (who, typically, hadn't used the website in about 5 years) so I made a new one up on the spot. It doesn't really mean anything, just sounded good in my head. I've used it as my main username ever since.

Describe yourself in three words.

Daydreamer, sweet-tooth, sleepy

Are you left or right handed?

Right handed.

What was your first deviation?

Pacman I was so proud of it at the time, but looking at it now it's rather cringe worthy. Everybody has to start somewhere though I suppose.

What is your favourite type of art to create?

I love designing characters. It's my goal to work in the film or game industry creating character designs. I still have a long way to go though.

If you could instantly master a different art style, what would it be?

Digital painting. I've always wanted to paint beautiful illustrations, but have grown very comfortable in my own style with line work.

What type of art do you tend to favourite the most?

It's a mix between digital painting and cosplay.

Who is your all-time favourite deviant artist?

Endling is one of my favourites. His character design work is incredible, and he's been a massive source of inspiration to me.

If you could meet anyone on DeviantArt in person, who would it be?

I'd love to meet griffsnuff. She seems like a really fun person, and I'd love to discuss her art style and methods of drawing.

How has a fellow deviant impacted your life?

RogueLiger was an artist I first met over on TLKFAA. Her encouragement back then helped me become a better artist, and continued when I made a Deviantart account. I'm only sorry that I never kept in contact with her.

What are your preferred tools to create art?

Photoshop and a Wacom Intuos tablet. I've used graphics tablets for a very long time, and I can't think of drawing without them. I rarely sketch work traditionally, but when I do it's usually paper and a black biro.

What is the most inspirational place for you to create art?

Around other artists. It's a wonderful environment when you're sitting at a desk surrounded by people drawing. There's a really focused silence as everybody works, and I find myself drawing a lot more than usual in those situations.

What is your favourite DeviantArt memory?

The day the Llama badges were first introduced, everybody went crazy. There were llama drawings everywhere, people were sharing badges left right and centre. It was bizarre.
